About Us

Our Story

The Beginning

A dish born from
love and memory.

Mantu has always been a labor of love — a traditional filled dumpling that brings families together, passed down through generations of Afghan households.

In today's fast-paced world, life moves quickly. We crave the food we grew up with, yet rarely have the time to make it. That's where we come in.

Mor's, meaning "mom" in Pashto, is made using the same authentic recipe our parents and grandparents perfected. Every bag delivers the taste and comfort of home.

No shortcuts. Just tradition frozen for your schedule.

Hands folding mantu

"Every bag delivers the taste and comfort of home."

Why Frozen?

Tradition, preserved.

We wanted to preserve a labor-intensive dish so it could be enjoyed more often — not only on special occasions. Making mantu from scratch takes hours: rolling the dough, preparing the filling, hand-folding each dumpling one by one.

By freezing at the peak of freshness, we lock in the flavor and texture of a freshly made batch. The result is a dish that tastes like it was made with care — because it was.

What We Stand For

Our Values

Authenticity

Our recipe is unchanged from the one passed down through our family. No shortcuts, no substitutions.

Craftsmanship

Every dumpling is hand-folded. The fold is not just functional — it's a signature of care.

Accessibility
